Richter Law was founded on the principle that all people deserve equal access to the justice system regardless of their immutable characteristics, economic class or financial status.
Since 2016, I have focused on court appointed cases, primarily child protective matters for families that have involvement with the Department of Health and Human Services.
I am currently the President of the Maine Parental Rights Attorneys Association and a member of the Maine Child Welfare Advisory Panel. I am also serving as the statewide resource counsel for the Maine Commission for Indigent Legal Services.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Hawai’i and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maine School of Law.
